Built in 1997 as For Play'n, she was Paul Spencer's first hull, Marlin writes, and as Bi-Op-Sea she remains part of the Oregon Inlet charter fleet. She has been documented as Bi-Op-Sea out of Manteo, North Carolina in every Coast Guard file since 2020.
