Donnie Caison began building his own 37-foot express sportfisherman, Last Request, in January 1998 after talking the project through with the team at Jarrett Bay, and launched her in 1999. Caison Yachts builds custom cold-molded Carolina sportfishermen from 37 to 64 feet out of a 12,000-square-foot shop in Hampstead, North Carolina.
