Buddy Harris

Buddy Harris builds wooden sportfishing boats in Marshallberg on Core Sound. With his father, Myron "Ace" Harris, a pioneer of charter fishing on the Carolina coast, he built a charter boat each winter. Randy Ramsey of Jarrett Bay credited Ace's boats with setting the bar for Carolina charter boats for many years. Harris Boatworks of Marshallberg is the builder of record in the Coast Guard file.
